  I recently worked with JSK Financial Consultants and went through an SBA loan. It was a difficult process but Liz Proud and the company made it a lot easier. I definitely recommend them and would be more than happy to use them again in the future. I want to personally think Liz Proud for her hard work for giving me the extra guidance and assistance.

  JSK found financing for a mixed used property under 100K with very manageable terms. If you have searched for a loan such as this, you know that it can be quite a process. They were responsive, efficient and involved throughout the process and I felt very please paying their fee. To the point, the fees were presented in a transparent fashion. That always works best for me. Liz and Deanna serviced our company’s loan, but each office interaction was satisfactory.

  I can't say enough good things about this company!! After contacting several lenders, who promised to get stuff done...we were only let down. I finally found the company I will continue to use for all my mortgage needs! After my first initial conversation with Liz Proud at JSK I knew she was no nonsense and that our loan would finally be processed. Liz was by the far the best consultant I have dealt with in this field (I have purchased many properties in the past) I am so thankful to have found a company that I will continue to use for years to come. Liz was on-top of things, daily emails, to let me know the progression of the loan, information needed, etc. If I had a question, an answer was provided immediately. My loan was completed and processed within 30 days!! Amazing! If you are looking for a Financial Consultant....don't waste your time...call JSK

  Many companies say, they are just a phone call away, with JSK it is true! Our case needed a little out of the box thinking and Ruth was there every step of the way. Always just a phone call or email away to help answer every question, no matter how big or small we had during the process. She helped navigate everything so seamlessly it took a lot of worry off our shoulders. We really enjoyed working with her and the folks at JSK.

  Tried 3 other lenders before getting to Liz and Jeff Krum and got absolutely nowhere. Finally met both of them and after a few months and hard work from Liz we finally closed on a deal! Liz even helped out with my extra paperwork that I needed to fill out to make sure I did it correctly and went beyond what she had to do. If you’re in a tight spot this is where you need to go they will get it done!
