  Debbie is simply the best! I met Debbie when a real estate deal starting going very wrong (with a different lender). She literally swooped in like the Super Woman she actually is and saved the day! I have been using Debbie at First Choice Loans for all of my clients purchases ever since. I even trust her for my own real estate investments, knowing we will have a timely settlement! She works quickly and efficiently, she is extremely responsive (even on weekends and evenings) and somehow makes talking mortgages fun.   I was Charles's first loan when he came to the company. His experience and skills was such that I followed him from his previous employer at the risk of moving back my closing date, but we didn't have to. Within 2 days he got us back to the same point in the process. Charles was always available for questions and never waivered. He stuck with me all the way through and even attended the closing. Fantastic effort on his part.

  Joe Callahan has been a total "GOD SEND" to me, my wife, my family and my clients. His patience, knowledge and understanding place Joe on a higher level than other mortgage advisers I have dealt with over the years. He always takes the time to explain the nuances of the home borrowing process. Joe recently assisted a client who was having trouble not only understanding the process but could not get his financial picture together.
