  This is my second car from this dealership in 6 months......and won’t be my last. They are first class, fair and they take of you and your business. I recently bought a certified Jetta and did it over the phone, very accommodating and supportive with whole process and took care to have car shipped north for my daughter. Management is great and Joel is my guy in sales who I can’t say enough good things about. I have a Volkswagen dealer much closer to me but will. Always bring my business to stokes first!!!

  VW is amazing! Pierceton was a superb and excellent salesman! Please ask for him if you decide to purchase from them. My experience was top notch and unforgettable and it didn’t take long at all!

  Unfortunately, this dealer will never earn our business. We had been working on a deal for 2 days on a specific car that was actually at one of their sister dealerships in Beaufort. We were straight up with them and told them what our price was and what we wanted for our trade. They assured us that they were going to work with us and scheduled us to come for an appointment to have our car appraised and begin final paperwork on the car we were buying. I arrived for the appointment and we began to discuss the car being trade and they begun the process with the service team. After about 2 hours, the sales representative came back and put another "Car Fax" report infront of me with an entirely different car than the one we were discussing purchasing. She said unfortunately the car we wanted sold a couple of days ago. Tried to tell me that the other dealership didn't update their records (called the other dealership right afterwards and they said it updates automatically). SO they KNEW THE WHOLE TIME we were there that the car we wanted was sold and they proceeded to keep us there waiting for our trade in value. So disrespectful and wasteful of a person's time. If I wanted another car, I would have gone after that one instead. Not to mention...the trade in value was a quarter of the price that we had talked about. Not a place of integrity or value that I would ever do business with.

  The team at Stokes Volkswagen was amazing with the purchase of my new car. I was nervous to even step foot in the door due to financial concerns, but my experience was not at all what I had expected. Brad met us at the front door and was quick to recommend a reliable car that met our needs. He coordinated with the service department on a trade in for a VW Jetta Hybrid. I was skeptical of another VW car, but Brad took the time to discuss the hybrid car issues with me. Both sales managers, Curt and another gentleman who’s name I cannot recall, were so kind and non-judgmental throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured and drove off the lot with a brand new VW Tiguan. I can’t thank everyone enough for getting me into a reliable car! Thanks again.

  The salesperson and business admin were helpful in the purchasing of my first vehicle. There was no hassle over paperwork nor was there any laborious hurdles that needed to be overcome. A few hours and the keys were in-hand. Huge thank you to Joel at Stokes Volkswagen.

  I was incredibly impressed with Derrick and the entire Stokes VW team. I came to Stokes VW to check out the 2020 Tiguan and was immediately met by Derrick who was friendly, patient, and not at all pushy. I fell in love with the car and the team at Stokes VW worked with me to settle on a GREAT price and I left with the vehicle that night. The entire process was smooth and fun and the team at Stokes went out of their way to make me feel confident in/ excited about the purchase. They even walked me through how to program the radio settings and apple car play after all the paperwork was done. I'm obsessed with my new Tiguan and can't recommend Stokes highly enough! 5 stars and 10/10 would recommend!

  Bought a brand new 2019 Volkswagen atlas less then 2 years ago. Hearing a rattling noise coming from the front end. Service department test drove it today (November 5th) and they heard the noise. To have a mechanic look at it or any further work done you must have an appointment. No appointments until the day before Christmas. After that January 5th! Months away! Had I known what I know now while sitting in that showroom being sold a sales pitch, I would have never bought from them. Is that what Stokes considers backing your vehicles and customer satisfaction? I feel like just another one on the list that bought $46,000 car. Buyers beware even if buying a brand new car things can happen but once it leaves stokes lot, all the care about you and that car goes out the window. NEVER AGAIN!

  Joel was extremely helpful and friendly. Understood that our timing to purchase the vehicle was a little fluid and never pushed or harrassed us. Everything at Stokes Volkswagen was great. One other sale individual was extremely pushy and kept trying to needle us into purchasing that day. Thankfully we only had to deal with that individual briefly. Joel was the best. Wish VW would fix their website and make it more user friendly. The only negative experience was trying to navigate the website.

  Just bought our first VW! We worked with Rene and were very impressed with every aspect of the process from test drive to purchase. Rene was very knowledgeable and so sincere and just took great care of us from beginning to end. The finance people were great as well. It was all in all a seamless purchase. We left feeling we had just made a great decision and also felt we got the best deal as well. Will definitely be recommending and going back for further purchases.
