  Amazing experience. My friend and i switched the car from her name to mine . Darryl was amazing . He was fast at getting us in and Out even though he had an office full of People .When i asked a question he was honest . He was kind and courtous .Amazing will keep doing business with them .

  They tried to sell my father-in-law a 2008 Corolla with 163k miles for 10k who has dementia and we had to go back to the dealership when we found out and canceled the transaction. How could in good conscience would anyone do such a thing!!

We are not medical professionals and due to Federal Hippa and privacy regulations, we cannot ask about anyone's medical condition. We're between a rock & a hard place with this one. Your father in law wanted to buy a car. We can't ask medical questions. We do have a good conscience but at risk of being sued for privacy issues, we aren't allowed to ask so we don't. We hope that you will understand our position as every business has to operate under these guidelines.

  It was a great experience in all. Salesman was welcoming warm heartily to not just me but to every one there. It didn't take long to fill the paper work and to drive home with vehicle I wanted. Thank you Northwoods Auto.

  Do not go here to get a vehicle. This company is shady. Theyre nice in the beggining and shady after you hand them money. They didn't sit down with me to go over prices or even handed me the vehicle history report when I asked for it up front. They were too busy to do so. I placed money down to hold the vehicle so I can do my research and after I put money down they told me I wasnt getting the money back. After doing research and getting the vehicle history report on my own, I no longer wanted to purchase the vehicle. It was over priced. I went on to 4 different websites showing the markwt value for the vehicle and the black book value as well. I tried speaking to the owner and he was on the phone saying hold on a minute ill call you back in 10 min. Wtf?! Like sitting down and talking to a client isnt worth your time?? He then rudely told me he wasn't going to work with me with the price or give me my money back. Keep in mind this vehicle never left the lot! Telling me his daddy has been doing this business for years and he knows what he is doing. Ok well be a good company and business and dont treat your customers like a paycheck. Your customers will either recommend you or not. And I do not reccommend going here. Again the owner was very rude, he didn't care. Wasnt respectful. Didnt disclose information to me regarding the full total cost or the vhr when I asked up front. Didnt tell me the hold was non refundable until I handed the women money. just do yourself a favor, research the vehicle. Research the company. And go to one that has good customer service.

  My husband was looking for a nicely used pickup truck with 4 doors. We have purchazed vehicles from brand named lots but was treated poorly when he didn't want to spend $30,000 on what he wanted. Ed helped him find a 2007 Avalanche with everything he wanted for $10,000 and Duke took our trade in without an issue. Darrell was fun and energetic in the fina ding office and very informative. Interest is a little high but selection is awsome and no pressure plus they help find what you want.

  Lisa is great, open and friendly. She really let me wander, I felt no pressure, and I ended up getting the exact suv I wanted at the price I had researched was fair. It was a way better experience than I could have hoped for when buying my suv. Thank you Lisa and Northwoods automotive.

  Prompt attendance, customer-centric approach and in-depth knowledge & resolution of the mechanical issue that I brought to be fixed. I recommend the garage with full confidence. However, they need to put a television in the customer waiting lounge to make it more lively for the customers while waiting for their vehicles.

  I would not buy again. I took the car to a mechanic before I bought a car from them and I still have issues with the car. If you’re in the military, skip the hassle and lies. Just go somewhere else. You will pay more for the same car but probably have a lot less problems.
