  Tony and Luis were awesome. They went above and beyond and made our first time refinance process very easy. They were very patient, polite, humorous, courteous, and persistent in getting the best rates and discounts possible. I was a little nervous and clueless on the process but Tony was very helpful and explained everything in detail. He assured me that everything would work in my best interest. Although he lived in Dallas and we lived in Austin, throughout the entire process, he kept us well informed and updated on everything to get our loan.
