  I don't believe Stewart title in liberty has any idea what they are doing. I sold my house through them and my buyers and I had soo many problems..it took months and had to redo paperwork 3 times! And they don't like to return phone calls answer messages..took a week to get someone to answer me once. Then when things happen your just supposed to jump for them with no notice. In the end our deal still wasn't what we wanted. Just wanted it over. Never ever never again!!!! We were all 4 very disappointed in their service. Was a awful experience. Avoid this place if you want professionals just ridiculous the incompetence. maybe other branches in other city's are better? Idk? If you try them..good luck! Your going to need it.

  Got a message the night before we were supposed to close saying we needed a cashier's check(bank was closed at this point) we were running 15 min late the next day so we could stop and get the cashiers check they asked for(had to wait for bank to open) ended up being the wrong amount they gave us the night before, and we waited 45 min past our scheduled time to see Cindy May as she was running late.
