Both Mikes made buying a house for the first time as stress free as possible, giving great advice when asked and explaining anything that was unclear.   KC Mortgage Duo was awesome to work with. They made the process of closing on a residential property so easy! Basically just provide them the paperwork needing for underwriting and show up to sign! I would definitely do business again and can’t wait to refinance with them…..

  I really enjoyed working with Mike and Mike. They made the process much less stressful and walked me through each step and helped me organize the paperwork they knew I would need. They keep me well informed on where we were in the process and did an outstanding job keeping us in the timeframe we needed to be in.
