  I love this bank so much! As soon as I walk in I’m greeted by my first name, and all with smiles! All the tellers are so nice, and I’ve noticed even the personal bankers hop behind the counter to help if it gets busy! Very efficient and helpful! 5 stars ✨

  Every time that I have been here, the staff is always very helpful and friendly. As for individual accolades, Dawn is such a delight to work with, I appreciate her always being available to help or assist while I'm there. Great place to bank!

  I don’t make it into the branch often but when I do the employees always have a smile, friendly and extremely helpful!!!! Banker Emma Christopher very helpful in explaining many banking options we were not aware of . Very happy with true customer service!!

  Sadly, our offices have recently had to relocate away from this branch in central Liberty, MO. Much of the reason for our sadness is our having to leave our banker, Caitlyn Eidson. Caitlin has been simply superb to deal with for the duration of my tenure. We have thrown her all sorts of banking curveballs and conundrums , and she has handled everything with enduring and patient professionalism and grace. We will miss her profusely and hope we can be just as lucky banking at our new location in central Kansas City.

  I love the easy access of the app and that I can choose to receive various notifications. When I go through the drive thru, everyone always calls me by name & is super friendly!
