  I wish I could give them no stars omg let's see where to start when we first moved in no one had cleaned the house or carpets, it was disgusting! Our bedroom window and our refrigerator have been broke since we got here, which was 6 months ago. The maintenance man came out looked at it said he would be back and never returned every time we call they say they're going to send him back out, he never came. Our upstairs sink pipe was so rusted when you touched it, it crumbled and water started leaking everywhere, now our downstairs bathroom is doing the same thing and I've been calling them for 2 weeks still no one has come out ( I wonder how much mold is going to be under there by the time they come fix it.) Just don't waste your time. Oh yea and here's the BEST PART, my husband went up there to the supervisor (Mr. Betsy, an older white lady) guess what she told him? Well if you don't like where your living you could always leave and not rent through us! Wow! Some customer service right. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE TENTANTS JUST YOUR MONEY SO PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND STOP PUTTING MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS! Even though holtzman might try to get over on you money wise at least they care abou t their tenants. When we were renting from them we had some problems with our old apartment and they went through hell and high waters to find another place for us to rent from them. And I will be down at the clerk of courts first thing tomorrow morning, because this place is not even in living condition smh

  This place is a joke! When my husband and I PCS' to Hinesville we rented our house which was filthy, full of spiders and had NO knob or lock on the front door! We cleaned it no problem. 2 weeks after we moved in we finally got a door knob and lock! Air conditioner kept freezing, gaps in the door frame which let every bug in and we were told what WE could go buy to fix it. We moved out and they refused to give us back our deposit because we left oven racks outside....really. You are ALL crooks and I will not stop until I get you all black listed. You are a disgrace to the soldiers and Anna the receptionist is a ridiculous excuse for a human being!

  I can't complain at all about this realty company. They are very friendly, helpful, and professional. We had an issue in the property we rented and they immediately sent someone out to correct it. They even came out on the weekend. I recommend this office to anyone relocating to the Hinesville area.

  We owned a house we rented out with Stewart reality and when the renters moved out there was a walk thru where Stewart reality missed so many things and I had to call 3 times and threaten with a lawyer so these items got fixed.

  Wonderful staff, Great energy And my rental was up to standard.. I stayed a short time but within that time I had no major issues with the home , and upon move out the young lady stated it would take 30 days for my refund, but I received it within four business days.. I would rent from them again hands down!

  This place is a mess . We moved in our place and it was so dirty I had to clean the whole place. Lots of bugs dirty toilets you name it. Then we told them about things that need to be fix and its been months and still nothing is fixed. The lady at the front desk is so rude my husband and I have lived all over because of the military and have never come across a place so unprofessional and rude.If you are even thinking about renting from them good luck to you ...
