  Wouldn't it be terrible if you found out your insurance never bundled your policy so you were being overcharged $200 a year? What if you had found your dream home and the mortgage agent missed a deadline that nearly cost you you $9k deposit and the house because you didn't close on time? Do you like e-mailing people and not hearing back for weeks? If this appeals to you, feel free to pursue your options with Stewardship. Otherwise, here's my advice: They have the lowest mortgage rate in town and are super nice when you talk to them, but once you sign on you'll have to watch them like a hawk to avoid something being missed (notably it seems to be out of error and not malicious intent). If it ever makes sense to refinance with lower interest rate (currently at a fairly low rate because of what they were able to quote me), then I'll still check in for a quote. Otherwise I'd stay away.

  Through the lengthy process of finding a home Brian Ream worked with my husband and I on two different home purchases till we found the one house for us. Through the process of collecting financial records, signing papers, working with the banks; Brian was consistently honest and helpful. I appreciated the time he spent sitting down with us to fully disclose where each dollar was being allocated. When we signed our papers we were confident in the decisions we made each step of the way. I hope to have the opportunity to recommend Stewardship with my friends so they may have a similar experience of purchasing a home.

  I looked into refinancing earlier with someone else and each time we talked there was another interest rate and closing costs. This happened 3 times. I was told about Stewardship and Brian Ream so I called and turned out to be the best thing I could have done. Brian was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Stewardship to anyone looking to refinance.

  I needed to increase my life insurance since having a kid. Life insurance is one of those things that you never think about but it's super important. So when I remembered I needed a change, Ryan was the only person I even considered working with. He ran with me through a calculator to determine how much insurance I needed and once I gave him my choice, he did all the paperwork for me. When the pricing came back he noticed they had me listed in a high price bracket for being in "poor health", but Ryan knows I'm generally healthy, so he fought for me for them to correct it. They thought I was overweight but they had me in at 5'1" when I am in fact 6'1". Ryan went to bat for me and got me the correct rate! He is the only person I will ever talk to for my life insurance needs.

  My wife and I were exploring selling our house and purchasing a new one. We had talked with Jarred in the past when in a similar situation and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.   It was a breeze to work with Stewardship to get everything set up for my mortgage and home insurance needs. I've heard horror stories of people trying to get mortgages in order to purchase a home. With Stewardship, it was super easy! Greg was available for any and all questions I had along the way and helped me get the right mortgage with no trouble at all! With the home purchase, I needed home insurance as well, Brandon not only took care of all of the details, he helped me get the best price for the coverage compared to other insurance companies out there!   Stewardship was recommended to us by some close friends. We were first time home buyers and honestly a little clueless about the entire process as far as mortgage and escrow and estimates all went. Jarred taught us so much, being a good teacher in helping us truly understand it all, not just "smile and nod." He answered any and all questions we had and was readily available. I loved that he estimated high so we were delightfully surprised in the end and we felt comfortable and confident that he would not lead us into something we were not comfortable getting into. I appreciated all of his hard work as we met conditions as fast as we could. With Jarred we had peace throughout the entire process, we sailed through so easily.   We needed a mortgage loan and a re-fi of that loan. Jarred helped us navigate our first mortgage and first re-fi so well.
