  Amazing experience. Steven is very professional, but also very easy to talk to. We had a million questions, and he answered each one promptly and made sure we understood. With rates going up, Steven was able to find us a lower rate compared to other lenders I inquire with before. He worked well with my realtor and escrow company to make sure everything went efficiently. Highly recommend!

  We officially closed on our first new build home yesterday. We owe it all to Steven. From the get-go, we wanted to go around the builder's "preferred lender" and partner directly with Steven, as it was obvious most preferred lenders are in it for themselves. It was the best decision we've ever made. At every gate of the process from offer acceptance all the way to the final closing week, Steven handheld us every step of the way and made a seemingly very tedious process completely painless. You can confide in Steven to handle all the dirty work for you and all you have to do is sign the appropriate documentation at every stage. Steven is extremely knowledgable and knew the answer to every question we had. Recommended practice is to ask many many questions, but towards the tail-end of the process, Steven gained our trust and confidence enough for us to just let him do his thing and carry us to the finish line. Needless to say, Steven is the best and only lender we will be going to as he just secured us as a lifetime client. He is the only lender we've talked to amongst 5-10 others that truly showed the time, care, and commitment to what we needed. Go with The Loan Dude!
