  Great Customer Service and follow up. Tuan Tu was the mortgage broker I had the good fortune to work with. He was phenomenal. After I had experienced broken promises and unsuccessful applications with other loan companies, Tuan was able to get me a fantastic rate with extremely low fees for my VA Refi. He took care of everything for me and always went the extra mile to assist me. He even got my loan fees reduced Twice from the original quote due to his diligence and persistence . I most certainly give Tuan and Statewide Services my highest recommendation.

  Tuan has helped me twice with two house refinances. He is probably the most considerate and hardest working person I have ever had "in my court". This last time I had been "turned down" by another mortgage company who just wanted an easy turn around. Tuan hung in with me and made it happen. His staff are meticulous and the whole process was made less onerous by these wonderful people. I can't recommend him enough or more effusively. !

  Tuan Tu and Mary Kim at Statewide Mortgage Services are the definition of staying to their word! With changes in the mortgage industry, they were still able to honor their original request, were 110% transparent, and made the entire refinance process pain free. This was the 1st time I have ever worked with someone who I could completely trust and not review each item / paper. I am so lucky to have met these individuals and am working on my next refinance!

  My husband and I initially started our refinancing process with another lender, but weeks turned to months and the process seemed endless. As an alternative we were recommended to Tuan. He guaranteed to close much sooner and sure enough, he kept his word. Mary and him were great at keeping us up to date on the status and being very transparent with the changing market. He honored our initial interest rate and we closed in less than half the time the other lender took. Thank you!

  Tuan is, without a doubt, the most skilled, personable, and professional loan broker I have ever encountered. I have worked with several in the past, but Tuan is definitely a stand-out. He immediately offered me the most competitive loan terms and rates out of multiple lenders. I did not have to beg, negotiate, or barter to get this. His communication was smooth and timely.   I cannot speak more highly of Statewide Mortgage! I was a first time homebuyer in December 2019 with a conventional loan and a rate of 4.375%. Tuan, Mary and their amazing team were able to able to refinance my home in a matter of a few weeks! I was new to everything so I had many questions. They were patient, explained everything and really pushed to get my refinance done quickly. I heard that this process could be grueling and long but I could not have been more happier with their service. There were instances where underwriting needed more information due to my house being a new build, but they were on top of it all! I know I’ll be using them for future purchases and refinances later on in the future. They locked in my rate at 2.99% even with low equity since I recently purchased this home! If you’re searching for companies and do not know who to trust, they exceeded my expectations so you don’t have to look much further. Thank you for giving me your best throughout the whole process Tuan and Mary!

  Great experience working with Tuan! This guy refuses to lose a deal. Matched the lowest rate I had quoted, with lower costs. Later even found me a better deal and had my refinance closed within 10 days. I honestly cannot be happier with the results. Super responsive, always keeping you in the loop and walks you thru every step of the way. Thanks Tuan! Will be sending some reference your way!

  Tuan at Statewide Mortgage Services is FANTASTIC! He helped both me and my Fiancé refinance our homes. Saved us thousands of dollars. Super communicative thought the entire process, explains all the details, and walks you though everything. Easiest review I've had to write. 5 out of 5 stars. Easy. If you're considering refinancing, it's a no brainer. Do it, and ask for Tuan
