  My experience was great! I went in with a ballpark amount of what I was looking to get for an old wedding ring and without even telling the clerk he hit it the amount right on the head. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, money in hand. Professional and positive attitudes, definitely recommend!

  I came into this shop and immediately was helped by Javier who was the most pleasant, informative and understanding employee that I have ever met. He was very approachable and just made the whole 1st time experience hassle free and gave a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend this clean well organized shop to anyone to come and do business. I will be back with more gold to get rid of and will be making this my # 1 place to go. You can't miss Javier - he is the one with the lovely smile when you walk in the door. Thanks you made my day !!

  Quick in and out. Like that. I wasnt in there longer than 4 min. And they keep to there posted schedule. I got there right at 559 and the door was open and they welcomed me right in. Most places I've been to are turning me around if I walk in that late, if they're even still open. 5* service.

  Wow I was really impressed. I went to Westminster jewelry & loan to sell some jewelry, for unexpected expenses. They were so professional, I felt that they were there to help me and explained my options for acquiring the money. They were honest and wanted to help me make the best decision for solving my situation. The transaction was extremely satisfactory for me, and I would recommend their store to anyone, whether buying, selling, or borrowing as they will work try to accommodate your needs. I ended up buying something while I was there as well as selling something. Great experience and will be back for both purposes from now on. TRY THEM YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID!!!!!!

  As far as pawn brokers go these guys have been the best by far. They were respectful and didnt try to devalue my property. Thats one of my biggest complaints about pawn shops. I dont recomend many things, however I do recomend this place. Check them out Im pretty sure youll be happy.

  Blown away...sometimes things go sideways for you to realize that God has your back. He’s never late and always on time. To that point, the entire team here is extremely caring, genuine and honest. They treated me with respect, were super organized and were more than fair in the negotiating process. I’m thankful that I was led to them and that I decided to come up from Laguna Beach. They truly took what was a challenging moment for me and turned it into a beautiful memory. Thank you all for your love and sincerity. To those reading this, don’t second-guess coming to this shop they will absolutely treat you right. ❤️✨🤙👊. BTW go just to see Francesca aka Frankie, she’s the real deal!! 😉

  This shop is a musicians dream, If like most artists, now and then you need to get a short term loan, and these folks not only appraise and value your gear fairly, but they don't treat you like a desperate bum, as other shops do, in fact I always end up learning more about gear after a visit, heck I'll go here when I have money just to see the selection of the inventory. Another thing while I don't suggest this, should you miss your re-pay date by a day or 2 it's not like they say too bad so sad and your gear is sitting with a price tag on it. (something I have exprirenced in the past at other places over the years). One very positive issue they take better care of your gear while they have it than you probably, I mean never a spot of dust, no dings or scratches on your road case. So honest store ethic, fairness, reasonable terms that don't low ball or denagrade your item, (and a little respect goes a long way when you're feeling a finiancal crunch), So 5 stars well earned if you need a loan, to sell or buy these guys and their knowlege base always makes it a pleasure to visit even if just to browse oh and they don't hover over you while you shop, A major plus in the service catagory at which these good folks are hard to beat.

  I have been going to this pawn shop for about 20 years they are the only pawn shop that i trust with my jewelry one time I had drop a 10,000 dollar ring and they had for me when I came back to pick up some more of my stuff that I pawn. They are the best fair and honest I would never go anywhere else
