  My husband and I used CrossCountry Mortgage to purchase our home.   To put it simply, Mr. Steven Lobue is an absolute pleasure to work with. He has all the qualities of a great loan officer. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and responsible. I would recommend Mr. Lobue to anyone. If you are looking to purchase a home or refinance, give him a call. He will give you great advice and of course a quote without any haggling. Also, he ALWAYS picks up the phone or calls you immediately right back. For example, him and his team guided us through a 21 day closure without issues.

  What an easy experience! Our loan contact, Michael, and our processor, Anu, were friendly and just a quick call away. The CCM account made it simple to log-in to eSign or upload documents.
