  We went with Ken because of his outstanding reviews and I have to say that, man, they are well deserved! Our experience with him and everyone at his office was outstanding. We bought during the crazy competitive housing market and he was willing to take time to talk to us about all the options we had with regard to different type of loans to help us find a home. From renovation loans to loans that had the possibility of making us more competitive in the offer process. In the end we ended up getting a home with a regular loan but the seller wanted a quick closing. Ken and his team made it happen with very low stress! With the housing market the way it is our interactions with Ken were the lowest stress encounters we had. We got a great rate and worked with great people. Our realtor even took his information because she also thought he was outstanding! We could not recommend him enough and will recommend him to anyone we know looking for a mortgage in NJ.

  I met Ken a few years ago at an open house of home I was thinking of buying. Ken was extremely knowledgeable and shared all of this knowledge with me. Unfortunately, the house was under contract before I placed a bid. This year with rates being so low I decided to re-finance my current home. I remembered how helpful Ken was and gave him a call.
