Wendy Jeronimo5Daniel Valencia was the epitome of professionalism. From the moment we met for the first time he provided us with a level of service that I was not expecting. He made this purchasing process as easy and as convenient as possible. Upon my request he provided us with a referral to a real estate agent. I tried 2 other agents prior to working with the one he recommended but we were not happy with the services they were extending. The one Daniel linked us up with was everything we were looking for. The loan process went smoothly at first. Daniel kept us informed and was excellent in returning our phone calls. In addition, he made himself available to fit our working schedule. Towards the end of the process we hit a bump in the road with the closing but we had been made aware that the closing date was a targeted date but it did not necessarily mean we were going to close on that date. We finally closed and we're happy with his assistance as well. Overall, Daniel made this process as easy and painless as possible. He really listened to what we were interested in and with his assistance made it all possible. We are now owners of our beautiful house in the town that we wanted.

Cindi was patient and guided us through different loan products. We changed our minds several times and yet Cindi was amazing. S Pilo1Literally the worst experience we've ever had in our life with a mortgage company (and we've closed at least 8 home loans or re-fis). The experience started out great at first but it dissolved fairly quickly into an extremely disorganized experience with overall very poor communication. We experienced numerous delays and undue stress because of the extremely poor communication. As an example, our closing took place at 11:00 am on a Monday morning, we arrived and our attorney still did not have the final paperwork from the lender. Then about 20 or 30 minutes into our closing I happened to check my email to find our lender is emailing us at 11:00am and asking for more information! There were way too many examples such as this throughout our experience with this company. We totally understand COVID-19 has affected all businesses however, a business that touts itself as an online mortgage company should be better prepared. We were definitely not made to feel like valued customers and were so seriously disappointed with our experience we definitely could NOT recommend this company.
