  We were referred to Get A Rate (Amber Sky Home Mortgage) by our realtor and the experience was absolutely fantastic. As a first time home buyer, navigating the sea of mortgage companies and options can be overwhelming however, Kelly Limbevski was so helpful! She explained the entire process to us and we were able to meet her face to face and discuss our options. She made the process extremely easy and was always able to answer any of our questions. I would definitely work with Kelly again in the future!

  I am a first time home owner and get a rate was more than helpful! They walked me through and explained each step that I had to take! Danny is awesome! If you are working with get a rate, make sure he’s the guy you deal with. He was professional, but responsive at the same time! I am one of those people that stresses easily, but Danny was only ever a phone call away to help me figure everything out! He made sure that everything ran smoothly and I am more grateful to have had him there each step of the way!

  Daniel Valencia was the epitome of professionalism. From the moment we met for the first time he provided us with a level of service that I was not expecting. He made this purchasing process as easy and as convenient as possible. Upon my request he provided us with a referral to a real estate agent. I tried 2 other agents prior to working with the one he recommended but we were not happy with the services they were extending. The one Daniel linked us up with was everything we were looking for. The loan process went smoothly at first. Daniel kept us informed and was excellent in returning our phone calls. In addition, he made himself available to fit our working schedule. Towards the end of the process we hit a bump in the road with the closing but we had been made aware that the closing date was a targeted date but it did not necessarily mean we were going to close on that date. We finally closed and we're happy with his assistance as well. Overall, Daniel made this process as easy and painless as possible. He really listened to what we were interested in and with his assistance made it all possible. We are now owners of our beautiful house in the town that we wanted.

  There are so many decisions and moving parts when purchasing a new home. However, having Cindi Friedman as our loan officer made things much easier. Cindi was patient and guided us through different loan products. We changed our minds several times and yet Cindi was amazing. Even during her personal time off, she responded to us via text message or email. She was caring and reassuring to work with and we would recommend Get A Rate hands down.

  I recently worked with Greg Marsh at Get a Rate. I had previously worked with Nick there too on a different loan. The team there is very helpful and responsive. I had actually tried working with a big bank at first but they never responded to my emails fast enough, Greg & the team are always responsive and deliver great service - I'll use them again in the future.

  As a first time home buyer I couldn’t have a better experience. Greg Marsh at Get A Rate took the time to explain to me all the details about the process of buying a house which without the proper guidance can be a very overwhelming and terrifying experience. I totally recommend Get A Rate to help get your home and if you are lucky enough you could get Greg Marsh as well, he is awesome.

  Literally the worst experience we've ever had in our life with a mortgage company (and we've closed at least 8 home loans or re-fis). The experience started out great at first but it dissolved fairly quickly into an extremely disorganized experience with overall very poor communication. We experienced numerous delays and undue stress because of the extremely poor communication. As an example, our closing took place at 11:00 am on a Monday morning, we arrived and our attorney still did not have the final paperwork from the lender. Then about 20 or 30 minutes into our closing I happened to check my email to find our lender is emailing us at 11:00am and asking for more information! There were way too many examples such as this throughout our experience with this company. We totally understand COVID-19 has affected all businesses however, a business that touts itself as an online mortgage company should be better prepared. We were definitely not made to feel like valued customers and were so seriously disappointed with our experience we definitely could NOT recommend this company.
