  Steve has been our insurance agent for many years. Home, auto, life and business lines. You can rest assured that Steve and his team will ask the right questions, provide the correct coverage and be there when you need them. We switched our auto insurance to a "discount" national brand several years ago. After a small accident we realized that the personal service you get through Steve and American family is unmatched - so we switched back. Highly recommended.

  I had an electrical fire that damaged my breaker box. I reported the claim and was contacted by an adjuster the same day who settled my claim and sent a check immediately. Excellent and honest service.

  Steve & his agents are great but AmFam is WAY over priced. I had been with them for 20+ years & they wanted to charge me $1,050 more per year so I had to leave.

  Made the change to Steve several years ago and glad I did. No waiting on hold or getting transferred to voicemails like some other agencies in town. I have worked with Robbin the past few times I need to make a policy change and she is always personable on the phone and prompt.

  We've been with Steve and American Family for almost 20 years. Steve always answers our questions honestly and looks out for our best interest. We've been through the claims process a number of times and AMF handles them quickly and fairly and takes the worry out of worrisome situations. Couldn't be happier with Steven or AMF!
