  We recently switched all of our accounts to Merchants after working with Dawn Stenberg on the refinance of our house. She was attentive, thorough, and always had our best interests in mind.   Have a credit card through Merchants always been a great customer of their bank, but when you need them to help you with their mess up you’ll be left in the dust. I wouldn’t recommend going with this bank at all. They don’t value their customers.

  Worst small bank in America! What a joke! Absolute joke!!!! They are so uneducated and so undeveloped in technology. They Have no marketshare, literally trying to increases branches as a last effort before having too sell out.
