  Steve Walsh was absolutely amazing through the whole process of refinancing our home.   I am an escrow officer for a title company, and it is really hard sometimes to obtain constant updates on a closing from lender side. Steve Walsh was absolutely excellent at keeping everyone updated and his closing team had a quick response getting the CD out and closing package. I would love to work with him and his team again.

  I am pleased to have been able to work with Steve and his team on our refinances. With his experience and attention to detail, we were able to refinance both our properties, in NC and in FL, making the process seamless and easy. We had previously started refinancing with another company and given the delays we encountered, and issues that it caused, I am thankful for Steve and his attentiveness. It allowed us to complete the refinances and with a much better outcome than I had initially expected.   I have worked with Steve on two occasions now for home purchases. The experience is consistently professional and Steve responds to any questions very quickly.   I worked with Steve on our first home purchase He was beyond great. He answered all my questions ( I had tons being a first time home buyer) right away. I had a unique situation with the seller of the home and he went above and beyond for us. At times I wanted to give up and he assured me it would all work out. I would highly recommend Steve.

  Steve was extremely helpful throughout the process of refinancing our home. He helped my fiancé and I navigate refinancing our home as this was our first experience with the process. He explained each step and told us what needed to happen and what to expect making an otherwise daunting process feel much easier.
