  This is one of the best bank of america branches. Everyone is very helpful and goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. Dalton was at the register last time I went and delivered one of the most positive customer experiences I've had at any bank.

  I have been banking here for 20 years. All the employees are always friendly and professional and have often gone out if there way for me, and have always helped me out with banking ..   The relationship manager I've met wasn't so much knowledgeable. She seriously doesn't know how to use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V. Otherwise the place is pretty good and one of it's kind.

  The staff at this bank is most accommodating, from the tellers to the special services people. After my husband passed, they walked me through every step needed to transfer all the information from his name to me as his spouse & beneficiary. I never dealt with banks before because my husband enjoyed handling all the financial matters. The staff made it an easy & understandable process.

  The amount of employees is insufficient to help customers in a timely manner. I recommend more employees, as a customer should not have to wait over an hour for service.

  Bank of America has been great to me no-one would open an account for me because of my credit. But an excellent associate Name Clement made the impossible possible for me. Now I've been with them for almost 2 years. Soon I will apply for a Credit Card low limit. Thank you Dorothy 😃

  The entire cooperation is a joke! I left them when I was 17, but I have to go there once a month to pay my landlord and I always have a problem with them being open. Every location near me closes before 4 pm , which makes it bear impossible for any working person to complete a drop off deposit. They are constantly closing early randomly and the drive thru is permanently closed.
