  My experience with Laurie DeCresie was excellent. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. She pulled everything together like she promised. My credit is not that great and she somehow made my refinancing go through. I would always recommend Laurie DeCreasie. Thanks so much!!

  I have been a member of FCCU for 8+ years and as many times as I have made trips to their branches, my trip yesterday blew me away. Laurie DeCresie was beyond outstanding! After several visits to other banking institutions for a custodial account and being told they couldn’t do it for my son to receive his deceased fathers VA benefits, she was amazing from start to finish. She absolutely went above and beyond to help us in a time of grieving while also getting the job done. She was personable, knowledgeable and professional. This is someone who makes visiting this branch a great visit! Thank you!

  Laurie DeCresie Was super fast and very experienced and went above and beyond what she needed to do to get my vehicle loan approved and the paperwork sent out within a few hours of applying. I will deal with her again for all of my loan needs she is fantastic! Do not hesitate to call Laurie at the Seminole branch of Florida Central credit union she will get it done!

  My wife and I both financed our vehicles and have accounts at this branch of Florida central. Both times, the experience was above excellent. The staff are all friendly and professional and the manager Michelle Sampson guided us through the process both times. She is amazing. She is very knowledgeable of her products and services, she is very professional, kind and respectful as well. I am normally not one to write reviews however, my wife and I were so impressed by the service we received, I wanted to share.

  Had a great experience with Laurie McClave DeCresie refinancing our vehicles in less than a week. Lowered our payments pretty significantly, no payments for 90 days, better coverage with extended warranty, gap insurance and payment protection and we got $700 cash back between our two vehicles! If you want to look into refinancing your vehicles (in Florida) don’t hesitate to contact Laurie. She is awesome to work with and a true professional.

  I recently filed for a loan with Florida Central Credit Union, Seminole branch and I had the best welcome with my application. Laurie DeCresie was very efficient and competent I did not have to come to the office, all my requirements have been submitted and the service was instant, and the other personnel were very accommodating, relaying my messages in a timely manner.   If you are looking for fantastic, personal service from a banker, look no further than Laurie DeCresie at the Florida Central branch in Seminole. She went above and beyond to ease my experience buying a new Tesla. She easily and happily answered all my questions (and I had several) and was quick to respond to my needs. Thanks Laurie!!! You’re my favorite banker!!!

  Laurie DeCresie made my experience buying a new truck seamless and stress free. A true testament to premiere customer service. I never felt as if I was dealing with an agent but more of a trusted friend who was looking out for my best interest. She explained everything to me in vivid detail and was always available for questions. Will definitely be sending new members her way and using FCCU for future loans.
