  Steve has helped me on several occasions and most recently helped my parents refinance. It is very important for me when I work with someone that they are straight forward and honest. Steve certainly possesses these characteristics. Also, Steve is very quick and efficient when it comes to closing loans. I don't anticipate that this happens on every transaction, but certainly for me and my parents this occurred. I highly recommend having a conversation with him if you're considering buying or refinancing.

  Steve provided us a great service in refinancing our home. He was able to find a very competitive 20-yr rate that was not available from offline banks or other online lenders and quickly submitted all the documents for us. It took only a few calls and a couple of email conversations to complete our loan refinance. Highly recommend!

  Steve was awesome to work with. I had a pretty complex situation regarding my house, and Steve helped to make sure that we got the best possible outcome in the end. Despite the time it took to cross the finish line, Steve was patient and transparent every step of the way. He was responsive, honest, and really stepped up to answer way too many questions that I asked. Highly recommend working with Steve!
