  I have worked with Karen Addato since 2001 (over 18 years as I write this). She goes the extra mile for personal service. She is always looking out for her clients' best interest to make sure they are taken care of. She helped us secure the mortgage for our primary residence, and then several refinances through the years to get better rates to save us money. Recently she has helped us as a realtor to acquire a rental income property, and is subsequently now serving as property manager. She has managed finding good tenants and making sure they are happy as well. I always know I can count on her for all real estate needs.

  Karen is such a great realtor! We moved in a townhouse in MountainView where she helped close that rental agreement with us and it was an absolute breeze to work with her! Unfortunately we had to move due to one of our flatmates job office changing to SF (and commuting everyday to SF from mountain view is not pretty). Karen stepped in, and helped us to find new tenants. She did this, going out of her way to accommodate us. I am very grateful and highly recommend her.

  My regular mortgage broker failed to secure a loan to purchase a property. I was frustrated, and almost gave up. Then I received a call from Karen. She received my phone number from my realtor. She and I went through few Q&As to figure out if a loan was a realistic possibility for me. She told me she could get that done for me. At that point, I told myself there was nothing to lose other than going though few more days of anguish. Well, I was wrong. To my surprise, Karen secured a great loan for me within a very short period. I could close the deal, and all parties involved were happy. I would recommend Karen without any reservation for mortgage loans.
