  Great Customer Service! I've been a customer for over 5 yrs. Stepstone Credit always follow up when there is money available with the option to renew loan. One is given the option for an increase as long as you always pay on time. I keep my credit good because you never know when you need extra money!

  The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful! They treat you with respect and genuinely enjoy helping their customers with building their credit. I definitely will continue to be a customer and I will give out recommendations to numerous people!

  I think this company is a very good company and if you’re young and you want to start your credit go for it they’re really reasonable and they do good business.

  I spoke with Arianna for the past two days and every time I call she put me on hold. She calls me back and puts me on hold for 15 plus min then I'll call her back and she puts me back on hold for 15 or minutes. Then when I say something about her keeping me on hold for so king she gets an attitude. I ask her to transfer my application to another one of their offices. I called spoke with the lady at the other office she was very friendly and polite. She help me with everything and got me all squared away with a loan. I would NOT recommend this location.

  Hi I’m Brenetta a real customer whom been dealing with StepStone Credit six months now and let me first start off by saying when I was at my all time low and nobody would help me financially which led me to financial hardship,overdraft fees all my cards was maxed out TBH just flat out broke with 4 hard inquiries later on my credit report with nowhere to go Stepstone staff saved me thank you Cease,&Lisa who were so professional,courteous,an attentive to my needs and with that being said I recommend StepStone over them all keep up the amazing work you guys ‘’ because you are appreciated ‘’

  One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. This company is disgusting and will go to the edge of legality to harass their customers. The manager is a unprofessional clown!
