  Jeff was amazing to work with. He kept us up to date on where we were in the process, if anything was missing he’d quickly communicate it so we could get it back to him. He was very honest and worked with our bugdet so we could get a loan that we could afford. He always sought out to our best interest and not his own. I truly enjoyed working with him, he made this somewhat stressful process as smooth as possible. I greatly appreciate all the help and service provided. I highly recommend him!

  Jeff didn't do his job, blatantly lied to me about having contacted and provided all necessary documents to the down payment assistance programs and Stearns' own processor within the required time frame. They all had the wrong closing date. They found out I needed down payment assistance and about the close date 7-9 days prior. I contacted the processor, closer and management repeatedly about incorrect numbers, forms, prior and AT THE closing table. Horrible experience. Do not work with Jeff.
