  I recently closed on a home and used Rainbow Mortgage for the loan process and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. This was my first time buying a home and I had a million questions during the entire process and they were there every time not only answering my questions but also making sure I was really understanding it. I highly recommend Rainbow Mortgage to anyone looking at buying a home! They are the best!

  David and Gale were great to work with. They provided me with the information I needed at every request. The process was so quick and easy.   I heard about Rainbow Mortgage from John Kreisel on Kfan. I called Dave and the first time he told me to hold off. After about a month or so went by, we reconvened and decided it was a smart choice to refinance my VA loan. My current rate was 3.75, Rainbow got me 2.75 then 2 days later Dave called back with even a lower rate 2.375!!! Everyone at Rainbow mortgage is fabulous to work with especially Gale. 11 days start to close, I was amazed!!! Give them a call and see if they can save you money.

  I recently closed with Rainbow Mortgage and couldn't have asked for a better experience. David and Gale provided a seamless process and a quick closing. They took the time to explain things thoroughly, always made themselves available, and handled the transaction with great care. David even attended the closing to make sure that everything went smoothly and made sure that I was comfortable with the entire transaction. Such a personal touch! I highly recommend them!

  I’ve worked with Gale for both a purchase and a refinance. I had obstacles with both transactions for differing reasons and Gale went above and beyond to help me get approved with great terms. I strongly feel that they care about helping me get what I need and not just about closing a deal. I fully trust Gale and Dave and will definitely engage them for any future transactions. Highly recommend!

  In my case I had problems with requests made by Appraisal company. Dave and Gale went to at for me. This is the second time I've used their services in a year,and I'm pleased. I recommend them highly. Let's put it this way I'm a guy ,and for me to take twenty seconds to write a review means I think highly of Dave and Gale. John Hermab

  Completely professional! Gale and Dave helped me refinance at a great rate. Mine was a not a normal refinance due to a my property being in a revocable trust. They worked through all the specifics and made it very easy. Thank you again and will definitely recommend you to others!

  Dave and Gale are incredibly responsive to any questions, big or small. They were very helpful in knowing the ins/outs of navigating mortgage transactions during my divorce. Both my ex-husband and I were happy with the outcome and felt lucky to have found a mortgage expert that was well versed in unique circumstances when multiple transactions were happening during the divorce process. Highly recommend!
