  Brooks is great to work with and go above and beyond for his customers. We are able to get financing done in 24 hours on some equipment. He does everything he can to be transparent and help get things done. We are now working on our third loan here.

  I started working with Zach Noreen about 3 months back for financing 4 Trucks. Right from the beginning, he was prompt, courteous, understanding & supportive. The entire process for closure took us a long time (not because of any fault of Stearns bank or of Zach') & during the entire process, he held our hand, was helping me at every step and worked with me like a partner. I was and I am very impressed with how Zach took care of our company and I will make sure that I give him a call when financing my next truck. Thank You Zach, it was a pleasure working with you.

  I contacted Stearns regarding an SBA loan (PPP). Simply put, they did an outstanding job. The tech side was easy and reliable. I uploaded all info to the site without issue. Their communication throughout was great. The one time I called they immediately answered and I was able to talk to Brooks, my contact. All around great job. They handled the loan and were a pleasure to work with. Very impressed and highly recommended.

  BEWARE. Never use Stearns Leasing at all. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. This company has no compassion and heart to help their clients. I am really disappointed with the treatment I received during the inception of Pandemic last year. Just to express my frustation, Stearns leasing was aware that my business closed down in March 2020 due to Covid-19. They did not offer a deferral during those times but instead, they never stopped calling me for payments although I repeatedly told them that my business is still closed. By the time I re-opened my business in May and started repaying it, I got slapped with huge penalties and begged them to wave it but to no avail. Instead of helping, the penalties hurt me more. This company don't deserve to be in a financial business. They only care about their profit and thats all. WAS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR HELP BY JUST WAVING THE LATE PENALTIES?????? I THINK NOT. DON'T SUPPORT STEARNS LEASING.

  This team worked (and is still working) around the clock, including weekends, to help every small business they could by processing PPP loans fast and efficiently. They took the ever changing SBA guidelines in stride and went above and beyond to help small businesses in need. The dedication that Stearns Bank employees exhibited is a testament to their willingness to do whatever is necessary to achieve total customer satisfaction. The leadership of this company is second to none when it comes to breaking down vast quantities of information quickly and getting it to their team in a way that is easy to understand so they can better serve their customers. A++ all around.

  DONT DO BUSINESS WITH STEARNS BANK !! All they care about is money and not their customers. We are currently in a pandemic but they clearly dont care. They DONT even TRY to work with you. They say they offer "friendly service" but its not true. Everybody is rude to you if your late on just ONE PAYMENT. This is Not a Bank you can trust. They will try to sue you for whatever amount. Shame On You Stearns Bank! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS PEOPLE!!
