  The vacuum works good. The other part of the whole ordeal not so good . Still haven’t received my free gift for booking a demo . Already had the demo and still have not received or heard anything the free gift. Contacted two different people they was going to check on it and still got nothing…..

  Very deceiving and high interest loan. We had a promotional 12 months no-interest offer plan. The account was set-up incorrectly on an auto-pay plan that pays off on the month after the due date, so the customer gets tricked into paying a 12-month accrued interest at 13.99% before the last payment can be made. Even though I called to pay off the balance before the 12th month, they still made me pay the ridiculously high interest. The statements don’t help since they included interest on the balances. Very disappointed in how they try to “help” customers with a doomed to fail financing plan.

  I have never been greeted by any CSR who was as upbeat and kind as I was today. This company is definitely doing something right with their training. I’m almost sad that I paid off my account and won’t have the pleasure of interacting with them again. Thank you for a positive experience!

  I’ve been working with PCI since I was young and irresponsible - and poor because of it ha! PCI not only financed me when no one else would but they have been consistently fair, honest and kind in a world where companies can choose to be anything but. I’ve never had a negative experience with them and have been communicating with them for about 5 years! If you want to build credit, this is your place. They’ve been wonderful. 😊
