Mike Manning5I arrived at the branch drive up window less than 10 minutes before close. I needed a new debit card and with my work schedule it is difficult to come during normal branch hours. The teller I worked with was very friendly and accommodating. I would have understood if they didn’t have enough time to help me before they closed, as I was maybe 5 minutes off from the scheduled time. They not only helped me get my new debit card but they were very friendly the whole time. I have been an STCU member since 2015 and this is absolutely on brand with the service I am used to getting with them. Thank you Queensgate branch for reminding me why I love banking with STCU.

Adaliz Ortega1It “ate” my card 2 times already and couldn’t get it back. It was so stressing getting a new one and not worth it. The screen froze and then went back to the home page but never gave me my card. They couldn’t do anything about it :/ and today it happened again, (2 time) and it’s so stressful and I had to go run errands and couldn’t because I needed my card to pay. They couldn’t help me and now I’m stuck without a card :(.

Angela Hudlow1DO NOT USE THE ATM AT THIS BANK.. TOOK MY DEBIT CARD AND WHEN I WENT INTO THE BANK THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO GO GET A NEW CARD FROM MY BANK. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 7 TO 14 DAYS BEFORE MY NEW CARD GETS HERE. NOT TO MENTION THE INCONVENIENCE OF SETTING UP ALL MY AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL I HAVE SET UP. AND WOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE
