  Worked with Pablo for a heloc and brought all my tax documentation in and was told everything was moving smoothly and later found out that Pablo never got my paperwork to the underwriters. So I was informed that to move forward we would have to start all over. I would definitely not recommend anyone use Pablo at Numerica.

  DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK!!! We have had accounts get hacked 2 times! This has never happened to us with any other bank. They are not helping us with the fraud investigation. We will be closing all of our accounts. USER BEWARE!!!

  Went in to talk about getting a loan for a Soft Water system for my new home and spoke to Cynthia. She was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and friendly! The whole staff is! My loan process was a breeze and they communicated with me very well. What a fantastic branch! Highly recommend!

  I wouldn't take much stock in what the one star reviewer says, about the only thing you can be positive of with his reviews, is they are filled with negativity. Now, contrary to that the one star review suggests, the staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful, greeting you the moment you open the door. Whether it's something as simple as notarizing documents for my employer, or calling to find out the balance on my auto loan, Numerica has always been fantastic to do business with.

  I have a car loan with Numerica and when I went in to set up my account I was blown away with the service I received. The tellers and Management are very engaging and friendly. I will be switching my Bank Of America account over to Numerica. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a bank to treat you right!

  Wonderful experience! Walked in and within 10 minutes I made a withdrawal and had my debit card reissued. All staff was friendly. They made the process seem effortless.

  Better off using HAPO. These guys are the hardest people to work with. Even just making a payment is a fiasco. The staff at the richland store are worthless. Havent had a good experience with the richland store ever.

  I called to pay off my loan and spent forever being shuffled from one incompetent person to the next! Most frustrating experience!!!!!!!

  Some of the kindest people I've ever met, and they do a terrific job. I don't understand how anyone gave them 1 star. They're fabulous!
