  I love this bank, the staff are very helpful and patient. I have a hard time understanding all the lingo of finances but they really break it down for me so there is no confusion. Currently have an auto loan (my first one) through them and they made the process as easy on me as possible. Definitely recommend!

  Twice now STCU has reported missing payments on a loan for the same date. The reports were months apart for the same payment date. I sorted it out the first time many months before and then it popped up again on my credit report. Overall they are generally unhelpful and need a better customer support base and a better way of contacting individuals before this sort of thing happens.

  Closed HELOC transaction recently, from application through to signing the process was smooth and although the person at the branch handling my signing was in training, they had a branch manager along side. She did great and we were in and out!

  I called customer service and was on hold for 3 hours after talking to 2 people. When I called back they said there was no record on the log that I called at all. The live chat suggested that I contact live chat...

  Did the job as a bank should, but customer service was sub par. .felt unwelcome, it was almost uncomfortable. I will probably continue to drive to other locations.
