      Staff never greeted me and prices are ridiculous. The idea of entering a pawn shop to pay retail price on stuff that’s clearly damaged, robbery to me. Prices are a joke and staff clearly doesn’t have any customer service. Go to Amazon

      I love this place to get bargain movies on DVD and Blu-ray. Returns are for in-store credit. Wide variety of products from jewelry to guitars to bicycles. Very friendly crew.

      Vaughan laughed at my interaction when the other employee (who shall remain nameless despite the fact she offered me $400 and then her boss changed the amount offer, so she took the offer back). This is terrible customer service all around. I am not happy and would never recommend selling here. I was laughed at and treated poorly while I maintained a kind disposition. They need better employees here. Or better management.

      I brought them a $120 hand tool, and I'd be happy if they paid me $20, but the guy who works there said they weren't interested in hand tools

      Always treated with respect by all the staff, have done business with them for awhile and they have always given me too dollar for my items as I always pick up my items when I say I am, so it's actually a collateral loan I'm getting, I've seen people be rude to the staff and that's just not right plus a bad attitude won't get you good customer service nor will false negative reviews.

      Employees here have always treated me great. If they can't offer me what I am looking for they will explain how I can get the most bang for buck. They seem to always have my best interest in mind. My go to Pawn shop and I would 100% recommend them or others in this chain.
