  BEWARE! DO NOT BANK HERE OR FINANCE ANYTHING HERE!! Had my truck loan with them for a year and sold the truck. The entire year was hell with anything related to Numerica for my truck loan. From after purchase paperwork, terrible in-lobby experience with unnecessary LONG wait times with staff not helping others in line. And lastly, it’s been 2 YEARS since I sold my truck, with numerous calls to Numerica to REMOVE THE LOAN FROM MY CREDIT REPORT. I’ve had no other problems with any other bank to this degree. And to this day it still reflects on my credit that I have a open loan with them, and they do not want to really help in any way to get it removed. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

  Great personable service Always. Self serve drive up banking machines available. Frequently there's "some" waiting in line for in-bank, banking, so plan ahead (it helps when people have everything ready before getting up there.) When there's a line, its usually all the people who have lengthy issues. Good thing the drive through machines are fast for the simple things (simple deposits, withdrawls and balance inquiries). I love getting a copy of my checks on my deposit receipt when I deposit outside through the machine.

  Opened an account on Thursday with a gentleman named Colton and he and the service were awesome!! All my friends and work recommend numerica to everyone. Would just like to thank Colton again for being so helpful with all my questions and making it very easy and fun.

  Wellbeen on Hold 47 min and counting. I think Numerica might be losing there appeal. Maybe I need to go back to a real bank.

  The worst bank I have ever been with the staff are completely useless I stood in line for 30 min with one person in front of me and 4 staff members sitting on there ass doing nothing then the reason I closed out my account was I have had my money stolen out of my account 5 times in 4 and a half years only to have them charge me with over draft charges because of it but then they don't call me til it's too late and now I have to wait 7 days to get my money back because someone keeps breaking past their security to steal my money . I'm telling you all Chang banks now before the same thing happens to you .
