They were very professional and well organized. My grandmother went there today for a loan to purchase a vehicle with a lift for her daughter who is in a wheelchair. She was handled by State Employee Lena Parker for her loan. Lena showed so much compassion , empathy, and dedication to help my grandmother get approved. My grandmother was so happy and kept saying how it brought her to tears to see how much Lena worked with her to get this loan approved. Thank you to Lena and all involved !!!!

I was in your branch recently and received excellent service from Darby Gilchrist. She was very professional, knowledgeable of your products and pleasant to work with. I have been a member for years, but used branches closer to my job. I decided to use the branch closer to home this time and received top notch service. She was the first person to ever suggest insuring my loan and I've had several loans over the years. Thanks again Darby for your assistance with servicing my needs. I look forward to working with you again in the future. Thanks for all you do :)

I love banking with SECU. I strongly dislike this branch.... Avoid if at all possible.

This is my bank I have had accounts with them for years near 10 and by far the crappiest group of people ever. Never willing to help finance, never willing to help consolidated you have to be rich or have a perfect credit score and if I had either of those things I wouldn't be asking For help. Very disappointed especially with this virus keeping people from working. How can a bank that makes billions still make it hard on the people that made it possible.

I love the excellent service I get at the Clayton Branch but I hate the credit card website account. I have used many credit cards in my life but I have never come across one so discombobulated. It is a punishment and a recurring nightmare to use it. The statement closing dates should be but are not in chronological order and the statements page may show a different starting or ending date from the official closing date...?. I cannot even explain the convoluted rationale of it all! I am so very upset, it is a useful card and I would like to continue using it but it is turning into too much of a headache. My other card is also a Visa but I never had a problem making sense of it. It always started on the same date monthly (The day after to the prior closing date and ended on the closing date of the current month. In fact all my cards did that. Why can't SECU do the same thing? Anyway, the bank branches are great.

I loved it there! I am 17 and recently started an account and loved the service that my representative, Debra, gave. They sat me down and really explained to me what to do and how to be safe and smart with my first card. Overall, excellence. So glad my mother is a state employee :)

Spoke to someone on the phone about refinancing my vehicle. They gave me a list of things to fax to them, which I did. Never heard anything back, so I called to ask if they'd received everything I faxed. Was told the person I needed to talk to had stepped out. Apparently she's stepped out for the past 3 weeks because I never heard anything from them again. Every experience I have with SECU is negative.

Everyone here is so helpful and nice. When I first opened an account with them I was 16, they explained everything very clearly so there were no misunderstandings. This is my second year of banking with them and I have yet to encounter any problems with them. They are wonderful people and enjoy banking with them!!

Although I love SECU, the customer service at this branch is terrible!! At the drive-through tellers do not greet you nor do they ask if you need a check cashed or deposited- they just do whatever they think. Inside, the tellers are not friendly and seem to care less about customers. Really disappointed.

Stopped through here with my car battery cause it started raining ( I was walking with it in my backpack after it charged all night at the auto store down the street, no car) I ended up leaving after the rain calmed down, but not after being asked about the battery like 4x and even showing someone it, proving I just didn't want to risk getting shocked and killed lol. I ended up leaving a bit faster than expected (based of AccuWeather) and seeing a cop take the other entrance to the place. I'm almost certain they called the cops on me cause they was acting so weird lmao. The weird thing is one of the employees seen me outside in the rain on the side ( I didn't want trouble in the first place) and actually recommended I sit in the lobby, that lady was awesome. If you are reading this, you're a stand up person, but I should have stayed outside, people are mad weird lol.
