During these times of Covid protocols, the CU offers great customer service and assurance in completing my financial transactions in a timely manner. With the improvements made to the mobile app, my visits to the physical location are few and are less time consuming; especially when I need to complete complex transactions that would require more time and patience.

Dana5We have been members for years and love this branch. They are always so helpful and friendly! Susan has always been very helpful and today I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ben. He handled a very difficult mortgage request with ease. He is fabulous! He is so knowledgeable and I am just highly impressed. I knew this wouldn't be an easy one, but he handled it like a pro!! Top Notch!!

Kelly Carson2Y'all either need more people working during lunch hours or a sign for drivethru that if you have more than one transaction, or need a pen, or have ANY transaction that will require multiple sends in the tube that you need to go INSIDE. I've been here over 30 min and was third in line. Ridiculous.
