  She was very rude and had awful customer service. We were trying to open an account. She didn't listen and was impatient when we asked questions and tried to clarify them. She said she had a staff meeting right at 5:30pm and that we had to come back the following day to complete our transaction. She was too rushed to give us good customer service. Would not recommend this bank.

  The employees who work here are great!!! The problem with this bank is the atm. It never works on the weekends. I always drive many miles to deposit cash, wait in line, and then the atm says transactions deposit cash and cash withdrawals are not available. It is extremely frustrating. This is keeping my family members from joining and I am thinking of switching myself. Also the same stink bug in a spider web has been there over a year on the atm. I wish I could make a deposit ugh.

  My wife has our mortage through this bank and they have been good to us till now we fell behind on our house payment due to covid and I came up here to pay it the lady stopped me at the door and said i couldnt come in without a mask so I asked if she coukd help me cause I got a letter stating we were behind and asked if i paid the due balance would we be good she told me that well we wouldn't be behind if we wernt lazy and didnt pay our bills she was rude and disrespectful and continued to tell me how I and my wife were not good parents if we let our bills fall behind I'm disapointed in the way she represented herself and this bank this was embarrassing I work my butt off to provid for my family and she treated me like dirt

  Love them! They really give you that "hometown bank feel" where they know you, and you know them.
