Ladies are super nice but man you have to set time aside just waiting in line. Today I been waiting 1hour. Not the employees fault but staffing is needed badly.

Wow, I came here to give a 1 star review just to see this place only has 2.8 stars. Should have checked here first before I had to be discriminated by this bank. I went there to cash a check for work I did for a business that banks here. It was 4:55pm so i got there just before they closed. The check was written incorrectly so I couldn't cash it which is understandable. The part that was terrible is that the business i did work for ask me to go back in to see if it was another way to get the check cashed. While walking back to front door of the bank(by this time its 5pm) i was met at the door by a extra large white male bank teller that insist on screaming at me that they are closed as well as screaming my business about not being able to cash the check as loud as he could so all around could hear him. One of the most horrible experiences I've ever had at a bank and I'm definitely pursuing legal action. No way to treat people no matter what their skin color is.

Worse bank ever! Bankers sit around talking and elderly people standing in teller lines and they won’t help. Bank elsewhere! One of tellers made comment that she gets paid either way.

Customer Service sucks......you get the run around about "services" and no straight answer. Not helpful at all. Trust me I will find another bank to deal with.

I warned the bank numerous times by phone and in person that a certain person was trying to illegally access my stepdads bank account. They completely ignored the warnings and allowed that person to add their name to my stepdads account and then take almost 700.00 from the account. My stepdad had that account around 20 yrs in his name only. My stepdad had a massive stroke and has been in the nursing home for almost a year. He can't write and speak much. And has NO ID AT ALL. I have all of his important documents locked in a safe.

I went in to open a business checking account and the chick was requiring paperwork that was not necessary. It was not enough I had my EIN information with me... she wanted to see the official letter. She also wanted to see something issued by the Secretary of State. For my type of business, that document is not required. So I walked out, went home and hopped onto the BB&T website to sign up for the business checking account I wanted. Guess what? I didn't have to show additional paperwork to the computer. I just needed the same information that I had with me when I had walked into the bank. My application was approved, my account is up and running, and now I am open for business.

Currently waiting in line. I don’t come here often maybe once every few months. But every time there is a long line and 1 teller working. 16 people ahead of me with 1 teller working is ridiculous.

Great people but understaffed. The lines can be long and tedious. This is not the fault of the local tellers and staff but of the regional management's refusal to adequately staff one of their busiest branches.

Always a line. Went this afternoon and there was 1 cashier for the window, 1 cashier for the business & 1 cashier for inside. I voiced my opinion & their response was thanks for letting me know
