  Had been pursuing an SBA loan through Suntrust and was becoming increasingly suspicious of their enthusiasm in participating in the program. It's not disclosed that they’d exited the program... at least for smaller borrowers. A bit of searching put us in touch with Pam Rooker, Oxford Fidelity's branch manager. Everything was resolved through Pam in under 24 hours. The speed, attention and personableness of Pam and staff was entirely unexpected... most particularly so considering our modest account. We're completely endeared to Oxford Fidelity Bank's manner of treating customers as if they were neighbors. We've not ever experienced that before in banking.

  I am Delores Robinson and my husband and I have been banking with Fidelity for a number of years now. Enjoy going inside to talk with the staff who are all very friendly and efficient. We very seldom use the drive thru because we like to see all the sweet smiles so we go inside. When we have an issue which is very seldom it so handled by them and corrected in a quick manner. Will continue to bank here it's the best!

  This bank is the best banking experience I've ever had with any bank. Everyone is amazing and are so willing to help us with both our personal and business needs. I have to say Jerri is the one has to deal with us on almost a daily basis! She stops at nothing to make sure everything is running smoothly with our accounts! We love you, Jerri!!

  The Oxford branch is by far the BEST Bank with a superb staff. Other banks can provide some of the same services, but they can't match the customer service offered by the staff (family) at the Fidelity Bank in Oxford. The wonderful staff is what makes this bank stand above all others. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MORE.

  Opened my account over 12 years ago when I first moved to N.C. for the most part I’ve been happy with service at all branches but there’s something special to me about the Oxford branch. They are always polite with that small town charm and they seem to go the extra mile to understand me as an individual and my banking needs.

  The bank always has a good atmosphere. The tellers are always pleasant and if there is a problem or something that is working in your favor they let you know. Birthdays and bank anniversaries are also special to the Oxford branch. Been banking with them for many years

  The staff here has always been extremely friendly and helpful. I don’t come across many complications; but every time I do, they quickly and easily get everything straight. A very nice hometown bank that my wife and I have banked with for over 30 years.

I have been a customer at the Oxford branch for many years now and can honestly say without a doubt that I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else for my banking needs. These ladies are the greatest and I consider them as family. I have never entered the building without being greeted with warm and friendly smiles as well as cheerful hellos....

  My family has been banking here since I was a child so I decided to come to Fidelity as well. The staff are always so helpful and take the time out to make you feel wanted. Always asking about my day and how my mother is doing. Love them!!
