Loretta Parsons1Don't use the tax service if you expect to get your paperwork at the time they say it will be ready. I've been waiting 6 weeks for what I was told 5-7 days originally. Then I was told 7-10 days which was still ok. Then I was told 10-14 days from the date I dropped it off. Well I'm in the office still waiting!!!
