Gary Moore5We visited Randy Marion Ford Lincoln, with the plan to check out a Lincoln Nautilus, not necessarily to buy one. We met with Doug Agan (Sales Consultant), who took us for a test drive, and answered all of our questions. We left, still undecided about what to buy, but Doug stayed in touch with us and after a couple of days, we were able to work out a deal that worked for us. Doug made it a pleasurable experience, and we look forward to more of the same going forward.

Jerry Phillips1Service department Overcharged on labor. Charged me $750.00 labor to change a 3" EGR coolant hose on my 6.0 diesel. Crazy!!! Consumer beware. Well I called the number listed in the response, I was forwarded to a voice mail. I left my name and number but I have yet to be contacted. I really don't think they care at all about my horrible experience at their dealership! The response below is just a blanket statement given to all bad reviews.

Matthew Imm5Purchased a car from Randy Marion Ford in August. I am from out of state (found this car online) and ended up purchasing the vehicle completely remotely. The salesman, Cade Sechrist, was a pleasure to work with and made a VERY stressful situation much easier through his constant availability, willingness to answer and follow up on my millions of questions and concerns, and his being willing to help with additional needs once I completed the purchase and obtained the vehicle. I can't say enough positive things about Cade as I don't think I could have made this purchase without his top notch sales/customer service. Jonathan Shook1Just Called about a truck that has been on their website for over a week. 2019 f250 5k miles and asked for the price. Seller refused to give me a price without getting my phone number. I simply asked if i could get the price and it was right id give my number. He proceeded to tell me he did not know the price and would have to talk to a manager but i had to give my phone number. Iv been harrassed enough lately by dealers. If you refuse to tell me the asking price then i have t to refuse to continue business. As i told the salesman this is not ethical business ethics

Brad Ball5I had a bad "Miss" in my 2002 F150. I went to 2 different local garages to diagnose. After new Coil Packs and cleaning the fuel rail - and several hundred dollars in bills, I still had a truck with a bad "Miss". At my wits end, I took my truck to Randy Marion. Got a call from them a few hours later letting me know I had a spark plug with an imperceptible crack in the porcelain. I was very skeptical with such a simple diagnosis and inexpensive fix to such a nagging issue - but have not had an issue since. Very professional group and I will continue to take my truck there for maintenance.

Jillian Mason1EXTREMELY disappointed with Randy Marion Ford - Buyer beware! We discussed pricing, discounts, etc for a whole week until we finally sit down to sign paperwork and all of a sudden the Sales price and Discounts are now COMPLETELY different than discussed... DO NOT buy a vehicle from Randy Marion Ford - we are so bummed, we have purchased vehicles from Randy in the past and this experience was NOT at all what we expected from this establishment that we have known to trust.

James Cassarino5Last Friday, my daughter’s 2014 Ford Focus died on Interstate 40 and was towed to Randy Marion Ford. The transmission had been replaced by Asheville Ford that same morning, so we assumed the problem was related. The Service Department was very kind and helpful, and ran several tests. Embarrassingly, the “problem” was that the car simply ran out of gas! My absent minded daughter forgot to fill up when she left Asheville. Although the service department surely thought we were idiots, they were very gracious and didn’t charge us for their time. Thank you!
