  Oliver was the absolute best! He assisted with opening my account, he explained everything in detail. Everyone at this branch is friendly, efficient and attentive to the members. If your looking for credit union to joint consider SECU / Pineville location.

  Done with this bank and will be closing my account. Incompetence runs rampant here. Whatever you do, do not let Emily G "help" you. There's 7 hours of my life I can't get back. Also, if you need to speak to one person directly, good luck! The phone system rings for x amount of rings then kicks it to another location. I called from the time they opened and could not get ahold of this branch until mid afternoon. I had other people at other locations leaving messages for them from me and I never got a call back. Do yourself a favor and don't give them your money.

  Kayla Williams was so helpful. She educated me on things I was not sure about and she took care of my needs. Her customer service was so spectacular! If I could give her a 100 stars I would. She was the BEST!!!

  Stopped by to deposit a check at the drive thru and it took 45 minutes, no joke, to get done. Avoid the drive thru.

  Every time I go in the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always go the extra mile and have a smile. I really appreciate the work they do and how helpful they are!

  Went in to inquire about a car loan and I was greeted with a RUDE employee by the of Emily. It was close to closing time and she definitely let me know she was NOT interested in helping me she was more interested in going home. Emily decided that because i’m a brown woman i wasn’t going to get good service. I got off work at 4 and made it to the bank a little AFTER 5 and was treated like i was robbing the place. Emily was RUDE CONDESCENDING AND NOT HELPFUL at all. This Bank should be closed and their employees need to be trained on providing good customer service.

  Kayla is so sweet and nice and beautiful and she’s well educated she helps me anytime I need her I don’t know what I would do without if she ever quits I’m finding a new bank lol

  I've had an account with NCSECU for over 20 years but I'm leaving. I was on the phone for an hour and was still not helped. All but 5 minutes was being on hold and calling back 3 times. Call disconnected twice. Just waiting for someone to answer then 20 minutes where the rep said hold on so I can get manager approval to raise my atm withdrawal limit. She didn't come back at all!! I just hung up. That happened today. I keep a lot of money in that bank but I don't tolerate poor service. I don't know if the reps are working from home but they aren't.

  I've been a customer of this particular credit union for over 25 years. I don't know why they have such bad reviews because I personally have never had a single issue.

  I went to this branch to make a deposit and the guy who helped me was so unprofessional. I laughed it up at first but then the show never ended, like 5 year old child starved for attention he never shut up. Please send someone in un announced to inspect what is really going on in this branch. Also a few classes in work place etiquette wouldn't hurt.
