      Every employee at this branch is rude, and snooty towards certain people. I have been with SECU almost 10 years now & I am now switching banks due to the lack of respect and care they have shown me. I have already made a complaint to the manager and he was "taken back" by how I was treated but yet felt no need to try and help me with what I was looking for. I'm not a big baller by any means. I'm just now establishing credit & learning about financial stability so my bank is the one place I thought would be open for help & guidance and I was VERY wrong. If you need help with something, avoid this branch completely. Drive the extra 15 minutes to another location so you will leave without feeling helpless.

      You couldn't ask for a better place to take care of your banking needs. They have very kind and helpful staff. We have had several loans with them and rates were excellent. They will even do your tax returns for you. After the disaster of trying to do business with SunTrust, this credit union was like a whole new world. Highly recommended. 👍💰

      This branch is terrible. I will do my banking in Rolesville or elsewhere. Tried to get some paperwork at drive through during the COVID and the teller named Cindy tried to push me every which direction so she wouldn't have to help.

      Do yourself a favor and just drive to the Wakefield location. This is by far the worst NCSECU I have attempted to perform a transaction.

      Busy but fast; checking fee $1/month; no app, but they say one is coming; you cannot transfer to other non SECU credit unions.
