  I don’t ever leave reviews on any place but this store is horrible. DO NOT come here to sell your gold. I went to sell a 14KT bracelet and the girl that was checking it tried to tell me it was 10KT, she also tried telling me that it doesn’t even have the 14KT marking on it (which it did and was easy to find) and when I showed her it did she started looking bamboozled. I knew she was Bsing and she offered me $70 because it was “10KT” I took it up to “Jewel Recycle” up in Raleigh and they knew it was 14KT and not 10Kt. They gave me $140. PLEASE do not come to this terrible spot

  Know of someone whom pawned something there that did not belong to them. This item had value but also family value. When person found ticket and called them and was willing to buy it back. They stated they had it in the back but had to talk to the boss! He was sure he had it because he checked. Well called them back and tbe "boss" stated it was not there. Owner described it to a tee. Heartbroken was not the word for what this person lost, family heirloom that can't be replaced! I would never go to this pawn shop! Whether it be wrong or not to some pathetic is not the word for the lie they were told!!

  On the door it says opens from 9-5. I got there at 915, lights were on but door was lock. Guess they dont want my money

  Everybody else is leaving a bad reveiw, so I figured I'd jump on the band wagon, too. This place is horrible when it comes to selling things to them. I had a '77 Sieko watch and they offered me $60 for it. I took it to a different place and got $350 for it. These people are scam artists....

  Unless you selling hot items I wouldn't go there incredibly informal buying experience. Didn't run anysort of checks just offered me 30 bucks for a set of pearl earrings

  Stay away from this business, they will rob you and tell you to your face. They do not care about you as a human. My step son got a $60 loan and ended up moving to Florida on emergency. We have paid $160 back, $100 more then original loan. They refuse to work with us knowing he can't come get it himself.
