  What a great staff. Very personable. I have a business account with them. Fidelity was instrumental in getting a PPP loan for our business not once but twice. Not possible with larger banks. Very pleased with service.

  We have been working with Fidelity Bank over 10 years both for personal and business banking. The entire staff at the Wake Forest, Capital Blvd branch are absolutely fantastic to work with.   I was a small fish at Wells Fargo and largely ignored particularly when it came to applying and navigating the PPP loan. Fidelity gave me their full attention and held my hand throughout.   This bank is very helpful. They work very hard and go above and beyond when in need. I feel very proud to give them my business. Kristal, the manager, shows great customer service and you can tell her position was well deserved. This is the Fidelity bank off 98 in Wake Forest. Highly recommend choosing them for any of your banking services.

  Crystal and her team are phenomenal! We have been so fortunate to be introduced by another client. We banked at PNC for 10 years and I can honestly tell you that there was no home town feel. PNC didn’t even know who we were. Crystal makes you feel like you are a part of her family. Nothing but the best service always. I will never take my business banking anywhere else.

  My entire family uses Fidelity bank and we absolutely LOVE them!!!! I actually have never loved a bank so much!! I look forward to going in and seeing the same sweet faces- genuine people who I truly adore. I feel a strong sense of security with Fidelity and plan on banking with them for a very long time.   Crystal and the entire staff at this location provide remarkable customer service! The PPP process was simplified every step of the way through their knowledge and assistance. I virtually didn't do a thing from start to finish but provide the detail requested by their team! Day to day banking is easy as pie! Love the local touch!
