  This branch is very friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience unlike the branch in Spartanburg where the manager is not friendly at all. If I there was a higher rating to give than a five star I would give it.

  I Came to branch 6 months ago to open account. I have since financed a car and got a credit card. The rates and service have been outstanding. SCU changed my life, Thank you.

  If seeing office staff don't expect to be seen quickly at all, an don't expect them to notice the order of people coming in. Waiting over 40 minutes to even see someone to set up an account. We were the only people in the lobby, until someone else came in and got seen before us!

  It doesn't matter what day or time of day I call, I end up waiting 30-45 minutes to talk with a representative. Unacceptable.
