  Sonya was very kind and helpful and gave wonderful customer service. Leslie, the branch manager, was also very friendly and welcoming. I live closer to another branch, but I will visit this Augusta St. branch anytime I need help with my accounts in the future.

  This is the absolutely worst bank ever ! I got my direct deposit from my job set up to my bank account with BOA & they closed out my account and error that was made on there behalf & all they could do was apologize. All of the money that was in my account has been mailed out & it takes 7-14 business days. I get paid every two weeks & now my kids will not have Christmas due to the fact that my check is still in the mail & have been on it’s way since last Tuesday it’s been over a week and Christmas is Friday. I hate everyone at this bank for making my kids suffer for Christmas

  Went in today to meet with a banker about adding an account and had a great experience. Joel was professional, funny and made our banking experience a great one. He never acted bothered by our questions or rushed us out even though it was past closing time. We really appreciated the easy conversation and professionalism he displayed. Would highly recommend Joel and look forward to using BOA in the future.

  The worst possible service you could ever get. No matter what branch you go to you will never find more than 2 tellers, even on Friday morning. Quite often only one on duty. Lines of 12 to 15 people are common. If you have to call the 800 number expect 30 minutes of hold time or more. They constantly shut down your debit card and then leave it shut off even after you have answered one of they text messages saying yes I did the last 3 transactions. Don't dare plan anything on your day off like grocery shopping, picking up your drycleanin, a hair cut, and lunch with a friend all in one day. That's unusual activities to them and they will shut your card off. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in my 68 years of life.

  My company uses this bank, otherwise I would never bank here. The customer service is extremely slow. They never have more than 1 lane open in the drive through, the teller alternates between the cars in line and the inside desk. I also do not like the fact that I have to present my ID in order to make a deposit!! Makes no sense. They fail to give my deposit slips, have had to go back to get cash that was due back....... makes me irritated everytime I have to go there....

  My fiance was given a counterfeit $100 bill after cashing his payroll check. Being that his money came from the bank hehe didn think he needed to check if it was real. We went to dinner and when he went to pay for the meal he found out that his money was fake. We were not only embarrassed but extremely angry. He went back to the bank to resolve the issue only to be told that there was no way that it came from there. He asked if film could be checked as he was 100% positive the counterfeit money was given to him by the teller who cashed his check. He was told that no film would be able to determine this and that the tellers "do their jobs". He had been with this bank for years but because of this he decided to close his account. Had the employees taken the time to actually 'care' about the seriousness of this matter the wouldn't have loss a long time customer.

  Although this location is often busy, the staff is always friendly and never appear to be overwhelmed! The staff is very professional and attends to customers as if they are family! I love this branch!!
