  Customer service is bias and I called corporate because a weapon was pointed at me while I was looking to purchase and I didn’t think it was protocol and I was nervous considering the mishap in Hollywood with a prop and it is illegal to point and present a fire arm! Would not give me my refund back and I have the paper work they had the wrong phone number in the computer so they could not call me! Horrible customer service

  Nice enough staff. But they just will not answer the phone. I've been waiting a couple of days on a BG check to get my pistol out of hock but they just will not answer.

  Will adjust pricing within limits. A little slow to react on offers. Made offer on item, said to check back in a couple of days 🥴, was ready to pay cash today

  Sold a bad xbox one and wouldn't exchange it 1 hour after i purchased it. Only reason I gave 1 one star is google won't let me give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. They offered to take $20 off another Xbox if I came back. I would not spend another dime there

  All of the employees here are amazing! I go by to see them even when I don't need anything. The store manger, Clara, is one of the best managers I've ever seen in action. She stays on her toes and helping customers the whole time every time I'm there. The other employees are also hard-working and ready to help with a friendly face and a pleasant demeanor. It is really a pleasure doing business here and I never walk away dissatisfied.

  This location was great. I don’t remember the female manager name, but she did a wonderful job in assisting me with my firearm purchase. She was very knowledgeable in the area & helped me with my decision in choice of which firearm I wanted to purchase. She took her time in explaining the pros & cons in comparing brands. Would highly recommend again.

  This pawn shop gives you the most money for your products that you pawn. I have used two others Dewey's and the one across the street from them and they by far are way better. The staff are friendly and courteous especially the girl that likes subway lol. They are the best bet for pawning/ selling your things. Good work guys and gals 👍 👍😊

  Clara and Hector were amazing. I’ve done business with them 3 times and they are always considerate of whatever your situation will be. I had to be at work in 30 mins and they worked together through my hoard of items to sell and got me out of there in time for work and cash in hand. Even if your items are older- they are going to offer you something! Thank you, Clara and Hector!

  I’m rating the company as 1 star. I go to this store regularly and it is normally an amazing experience but my visit Saturday I went there and they where only letting 3-4 persons in at a time which is not the issue I have. When I got inside these young ppl are in this store with gloves and mask on. My heart dropped. If the company feels the need to limit the people in the location and also have these men and women wearing mask and gloves during this epidemic then you need to shut it down. Let those poor people stay home with their families. I am taking nothing away from the business but this is a pawn shop. Not a major company that is going to make or break society. And those major companies are closed. With pay may I add. Care better for your employees because the fact you are allowing them to possibly get sick to sell a tv or a lawnmower is so disrespectful. My heart goes out to the employees there. I pray they do what’s right

  I purchased my second PS3 today and paid for a warranty. They gave me the most worn out controller they had and wrong cable to charge it. I went back and they said they didn't have any other controllers with over 25 systems on the shelf. I then remembered the first one I bought when they first opened. They gave me a controller chewed up by a dog with dog hair embedded in it, and the same lady back then refused to give me another controller. She said that they were for the other systems sitting on the shelf. The package for my controller has no bar code or serial number on it. So why they can't give a paying customer with cash in hand a controller that is in decent shape is beyond me. They are not very polite, and lied to me about not having any more controllers in back cause I pawned my last one and they nit pick every little thing and take off money if you don't give them the proper accessories. When you have a customer with cash in hand....you should take care of them. I spent all my Christmas money on that and am tired of dealing with them. Not OK at all!
