  Stacy and the rest of the HomeSale team made the mortgage process so easy. They were accessible and extremely helpful throughout. I was under a very tight timeline to get the whole process done and they not only kept to the deadline but beat it. I closed a week earlier than anticipated.   Stacy was always quick to respond to emails, texts, and calls whenever I had any questions. She responded patiently and with as much detail as I needed. She was always making sure I understood the process and helped to clarify anything that confused me. Even after closing she was responsive to texts and concerns as I realized I had more questions about my first home. I'm glad that she still cares to help even after everything seemed to be done. Highly recommend her!

  Unfortunately i did not have the great experiences that everyone seemed to have had. I was referred to Stacy and in my email I asked her for guidance. This is not what I got. She simply told me "Well you have my app so fill out the application. She did not go over anything with me like the process, what to expect, nothing. When i expressed my frustration and asked her could she please go over the stuff with me she did not reply to my email. I do not recommend her. I recommend she be re-trained. Horrible Service.

  Oh my, what a story I get to share here. I began my search in the middle of this covid crisis and Stacy was able to work with us effectively and efficiently. She was able to put us in touch with the right people who where as equally efficient as her. It was a smooth process until the very end when find my last papers and had a beautiful moment during settlement. The people I have met; either via phone or in person were so kind and generous with their knowledge and time. They made a very difficult process one of the best moments of my life! And that's an understatement!
