  Today I received a Penn credit card from this fella guy who was well mannered and he's a blessed man. He gave me $20 for my lunch the next day and he did the same with this to her guy at work. I dont know if this is allowed on her but it happened and I appreciated it people like this are the best. Kind hearted.

  Received a Colection call from this company for a medical bill from Williamsport Hospital- Susquehanna Health. The most unprofessional and unlawful possible. I am payed the easy payments, the Hospital keeps cashing my checks while sending me to this collection. They should learn that is unlawful to call and harassing a customer at work especially with they get monthly payments. Penn Credit Corporation should be out of business for this kind of practice.

  The most rude people I have ever dealt with. I paid my bill in full and they said they do not give receipts or confirmation numbers. They told I have to call back in 10 days to ask for a letter receipt to be sent to me. This company needs looked into!

  Did not have any of my information but wanted me to give them all of my information. Then they wanted me to confirm an address from someone whom I have a no contact order through the court systems with. They were rude and not understanding.

  They cannot even answer a question. How are you supposed to clarify things up when all they do is tell you that you have to pay. How the heck do you know it's really my debt that I owe and it's not a mistake? You need to treat people like humans and not like animals you will get a lot more response out of them.

  I was tired of them calling my mobile number constantly. I'm very familiar with FDCPA and PLNE ! Keep calling my number when I offered to relinquish the persons info you were looking for but your Collection Agents kept refusing. Next step will be litigation !

  Since we have no credit issues, the calls could be for someone with the same name at a different location. Penn Credit female, "Destiny," doesn't care, Penn Credit Corporation just keeps on a callin. Also reporting to FCC. We don't use caller ID, though we do record our calls because our state allows that. All states should, by the way ~

  I avoided calling this number back because of all of the bad reviews. I called them today and the lady was very nice, asked what phone number they had been calling, I gave it to here and she gave me the name of the person they were looking for. I was close to my name, wrong MI and old last name. Skip tracing...this must be like a final call kind collection....they are really reaching on the skip tracing.

  Horrible company. Wont stop calling and refuse to give me any information until I provide them with personal information that I refuse to share. Huge red flag to me. I told them there are too many scams going on these days for me to just hand out info to anybody that asks and they just hang up upon hearing that.
