  The location and people in the credit union are all really solid. I applied for a car loan, and they were very easy to work with. The only reason for it to be not 5 stars is the credit unions website is really, really bad. Difficult to use, limited options. Update: upon reviewing my first month, I have to downgrade my rating. I was told that disability and life insurance were included at no cost. I emphasized when signing up that I did not want to pay extra for them. I was charged on my first months loan, call in and find out there was a cost, it was just bundled into the loan. Those services certainly can be useful for people, but I would have really appreciated the option, as I did not have a need for those services. I went to a different branch and submitted to have them cancelled, so we will see if they fix it right away or not.

  I have tried to report a lost debit card for 5 days. It's busy 24/7 as is every other contact number. I love the idea of credit unions, but this one has built a wall to keep customers out.

  Had a very disappointing experience today. After waiting in a very long line (need more staff) I tried to deposit a check into my business account. I do this once or twice a month with no issue, and I try to make sure I go in with my member or account number as I'm a member of Neighbors which is a shared branch. Today I happened to not have my account number with me and was told they would not look up my profile. I had multiple other ways to be identified, which has never been a problem in the past, but today they were unwilling to help.

  Matthew at the Big Bend Location in Richmond Heights is forever pleasant and fast paced. I'll be on my lunch break whenever I stop in and he gets me out of there quick! All while delivering outstanding customer care. Thanks Matthew!!

  I'm an affiliated community member with another credit union and often use this branch. They always treat me with respect and take care of all my banking needs.

  I've been doing business here for several years. Much better than any bank. Friendly and helpful tellers. I've never have had a problem with them.

  After two days of closed because of Thanksgiving, only one clerk was open. Took 25min before you get service.

  The ATM gives $5 bills. Incredibly useful!
